Looking for a museum atmosphere to have a drink? You found it. We didn't eat, but the dishes others were choosing looked amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. Take a stroll around and find some unique items to investigate. Sure to find something new every time.

We showed up at 4:45 on a Sunday (Memorial Weekend), and I guess it was mid shift-change. It took at least 5-7 minutes for acknowledgement from staff, received our drink order from one person, them our Server came by shortly after to take our order. She told us she just came on, roughly a few minutes after 5:00 at this moment. French Dip was good, Hamburger as well. Our Server unfortunately took a tumble behind the bar and had to leave. We were forgotten about, so I had to go to the bar to get another Servers attention ( she was folding napkins). Not worth the hassle, but hope the Server is okay.

The place is designed to emulate an old Wild West saloon—quite evocative. The atmosphere is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the staff is very attentive. The food is good and served quickly; if you're looking for something good, affordable, and fast, this is the place for you.

On a Tuesday evening in early April, the place was busy! We were relatively lucky & a table just opened. The two working the bar & dining were OUTSTANDING! They were probably suprised themselves with how bust it was. They stayed & matched levels od positive & friendly patrons. Whether locals or out-of-towners, did not matter. They attempted, & for our foursome, accomplished making us want to come back! Onto the food... Wow! Not sure how many were in the kitchen. But they were on their game too! As if it was a Friday or Saturday evening in peak ski season. In the picture is what I had. The "Hamburgesa Real." I stepped out of my comfort zone & was pretty doggone happy with my decision! Not too spicy (for thoes that like to keep their tastbuds in tact). I enjoy more spice & zip, but remember, restaurants need to cater to many pallets, from around the world. I just added some pepper & voila! My family was really happy with all of their decisions, food & drinks. Everyone had a great experience!

Such a great example of a mountain saloon! The kitschy atmosphere was so much fun and my friends and I hung out for hours. Great selection of pub fare. We came on both days of our Glenwood visit and bartender Jana was great each time !

Stopped by Doc Holliday’s up in Glenwood Springs pretty late in the evening and it was STILL busy, which honestly says a lot about the place. Surprisingly though, I got seated right away which was awesome. I ordered the bison burger medium rare — it definitely came out closer to medium well — but honestly it was still really flavorful and juicy enough that I still enjoyed it. I also did half fries and half onion rings and let me just say… those onion rings were HANDS DOWN the star of the meal. Crispy, flavorful, and absolutely worth ordering. 🤤🍔🧅 The staff deserves a round of applause because for how packed and loud it was, they stayed attentive and kept checking in. Definitely your classic busy bar-food atmosphere with lots of energy, noise, and people having a good time. If loud environments aren’t your thing, this might not be your vibe — but if you enjoy a lively mountain-town bar feel, it’s a solid stop after a long day. ✨🏔️🍻 One thing to keep in mind though — the parking was definitely not great. I had to circle around a few times before finally finding street parking and then had to walk down a bit to get there. So just be prepared for that, especially during busier hours. 🚗💨 Overall a fun experience with good comfort food, awesome onion rings, and great service. — ✨🌙 Vibing with Vegas 🌙✨

A classic old West dive bar. Friendly service and good pours. Our burrito was delicious.

Definitely a place you should stop into if you get a chance and want to go to a local tavern. This is the best food I've had in a very long time. The steak was perfectly done the fries were very crisp and the vegetables were steamed to perfection. This was definitely a 10 out of 10 meal. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the place and all of its history.
